Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using nodio.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the nodio mobile application ("App") operated by nodio ("we", "us", or "our").
By using nodio, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the App.
Using nodio
Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use nodio.
The Service: nodio is a voice note app with AI-powered transcription and organization features. Some features require an internet connection. Features may change over time.
Your Account: You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Subscriptions
- nodio is a paid service with subscription plans as displayed in the App Store
- A free trial may be offered to new users
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- Manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store settings
- Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies
- Pricing may change; we'll notify you in advance of any changes affecting your subscription
Your Content
You own your content: Your recordings, notes, and any AI-generated content based on your recordings belong to you.
License to us: By using nodio, you grant us permission to process your content to provide the service (transcription, AI features, sync, storage).
Your responsibility: You're responsible for your content and for complying with applicable laws, including recording consent laws in your jurisdiction.
Acceptable Use
Don't use nodio to:
- Store or share illegal content
- Harass or harm others
- Reverse engineer or tamper with the App
- Access other users' data
- Violate any applicable laws
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
AI-Generated Content
nodio uses AI to transcribe audio and generate titles, tags, summaries, and other content. AI-generated content:
- May contain errors or inaccuracies
- Should be reviewed before relying on it
- Is provided "as-is" without guarantees
Disclaimers
As-Is Service: nodio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee:
- 100% uptime or availability
- Accuracy of transcriptions or AI-generated content
- That the service will meet your specific needs
Data: While we take reasonable precautions, we can't guarantee against data loss. We recommend exporting important notes regularly.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before your claim
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us from claims arising from your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
General
Changes: We may update these Terms. We'll notify you of material changes. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Disputes: Contact us at support@nodio.app to resolve disputes informally first. Unresolved disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indonesian courts.
Severability: If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and nodio.
