nodio ("we", "us", or "our") operates the nodio mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
By using nodio, you agree to this policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services to operate nodio:
- AI Services: Process your audio and text to provide transcription and AI-generated content
- Cloud Infrastructure: Store and sync your encrypted data
- Analytics: Understand how the app is used (anonymized, no IP tracking)
- Error Monitoring: Track and fix bugs (no personal content captured)
- Payment Processing: Handle subscriptions through the App Store
These providers only process data as necessary to provide their services. Your data is not used to train AI models.
Data Security

We take security seriously, but no system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights
You can:
- Access your data through the app
- Export your recordings and notes
- Delete individual notes or your entire account
- Opt out of analytics in app settings
For data requests, email support@nodio.app. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe as required by applicable law (including GDPR and CCPA).
Data Retention
- We keep your data while your account is active
- When you delete content, it's removed from our systems within a reasonable timeframe
- Some anonymized data may be retained for analytics
- We may retain certain data as required by law
Children
nodio is not intended for children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we'll delete it.
International Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries outside your residence, including the United States. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international transfers as required by applicable law.
Changes
We may update this policy. We'll notify you of material changes through the app or email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
